Revelation - Part 6 - Sardis

Onward to Sardis! This church seemed to have everything going for them that included a really interesting history that involved the famous Greek storyteller, Aesop. They were also considered to be a church that was alive and vibrant. They had a great reputation! But... Jesus calls them dead! It’s not a problem of indifference, they really think they are alive, the problem is presumption. The fact that they believe they are alive when they are truly dead is a serious lack of understanding of their position, and so you’ve got to ask, where is the Holy Spirit amongst them?
